Helping Hands does not believe in child labour but we do believe that God can use anyone and that age is no limit! So 200 children and a school teacher in Oxfordshire have done what so many governments can struggle to do - they have changed the lives of a small community for the better. Over the last couple of years they have faithfully fund-raised as a whole school and as individuals (mostly child-led) and they are now seeing the rewards of their labour of love. The pupils of El-Shaddai Primary School have moved out of the cramped church building in the busy trading centre and re-located to a peaceful site of their own with the recently built "Cumnor Classroom Block". Pastor David Balubenze is thrilled to see this and sent a
special message to the UK school.
The children were very excited when we visited them and we are so thankful to all of those British children who showed what true friendship is all about... and of course, their inspired teacher, Miss Jones!
